Taking a look in the World Of Warcraft, there are a lot of new changes and additions since the new expansion pack was released. The players have a lot of new options to choose from and they have an option to build some new characters as well. One of the most important and wanted characters in the game is the Holy Paladin. In the guide below I will let you know about the basic of these characters and how can you make them more effective in the game play.
Since a lot of the gamers are really keen in building their Paladins as soon as they can so I will mainly focus on the building specs of the Retribution. The first thing that you need to do is that you need to build a Talent Tree for your Paladin once you have reached the 10th level.
One thing that you need to keep in mind is that these Paladins are normally mana inefficient so anything that will reduce the mana cost will be vitally helpful. The other thing that you need to understand is that once you have advanced onto the higher levels, you should also re-spec your Paladin since this will suit you and you will also need some improvements as well. Most of the players tend to re-spec while they are at about the 40th level. They will normally switch from Retribution to Protection as this will give them some more hybrid characters. While on the other hand many of the players will be more than happy to get to the 70th level with the same Retribution Paladin.
So what are you still waiting for? I think it’s about time when you build up your own holy paladins and start destroying your enemies. Good Luck with all your quests in the game.

Looking into the World of Warcraft, one of the most complex and powerful class of characters is the Mage. As we talk about the Mages, they can be taken in various directions, they can be very tough to kill and they have the ability to deal with incredible damage.
The first thing that you need to know is that this Arcane Mage tree mainly revolves around mobility and resilience. Here you will have around 70 talents points because of the new expansion and you normally spend about 55 points in the main tree and the remaining points you spend in to the second tree. Let’s talk about this in a little bit of more detail.
Now if you are looking to find something to help you out in the mana retention or restoration, the best thing for you to do here is that you need to get your hands on the Arcane Meditation and the Arcane Concentration. In addition to this, both Arcane Fortitude and Prismatic Cloak provide you with some extra protection and increasing the resilience. Furthermore if you are looking for some extra spells and some vicious damage strike the best thing for you here is the Arcane Instability and the Spell Power.
Now as we take a look in the hybrid builds, the first one that we have is the arcane and fire combination. This is specifically for the Mages who want to inflict ton of damage to their enemies. There are a lot of players who are a really big fan of freeze and snare. The best thing for them would be to choose the hybrid build of the arcane/frost spec. This will be a very good option for you if you want to keep yourself and your party alive and unscathed.
So what are you waiting for now, get your game running and build your Arcane Mage right now! If you need more help on building your arcane mage talents, or leveling your arcane mage, check out our wow quest helper addons guide, or our mage talents guide

In this guide I will teach you about some of the things that you need to keep in mind when it comes about building a Frost Mage in World of Warcraft. Now I do know that there are more than just Frost Mages in the World Of Warcraft, but in this guide I will tell you about the Frost Mages in specific.
Okay without wasting any further time, the first thing that I want to tell you is about the Frost Warding. Frost Warding is something that will increase your armor and resistance by 50% as you are given this ability by using the Frost Armor and the Ice Armor spells. Not only this but you will also be able to negate the warded damage spell as much as up to 30% and restore the mana equal to the damage caused to your character. The only thing that you need to consider is that this will not be of much worth in the PvE, but if it has any use it’s in the PvP.
Now as we talk about the features that you have in the Frost Mages, the first one that you have is the Frostbolt. This will cause damage up to 861 and it will also slow down the movement speed up to 40% for about 9 seconds. As we take a further look in to the skills one of the most important skills that one must have is the Improved Frostbolt. This skill will reduce the time of your spell cast by .05 seconds.
Furthermore, as we talk about the other features that you will have, Frozen Core is another important thing that will vitally help in the reduction of the spell taken by your character up to 6%. The only drawback with this skill is that you are only able to use this with an interval of 8 minutes.
If you want to get started with your frost mage build, and accelate your leveling at the same time, check out our wow quest helper addon reviews, or if you want more information on the general mage talent builds, check out our mage talent guide

Hunters are one of the best classes to play in the world of warcraft, they can do a little bit of everything, which makes them very flexible. However that flexibility does start going downhill when you get into your talent builds.
However with good talent selection for your hunter, you can keep most of that flexibility and still be a good all around hunter.
There are several hunter builds you can go with, WoTLK talents have expanded a little more, and have made some skills a lot easier to use, even a few have combined which have increased the value of some talents greatly.
The three talent tree’s you have on the hunter are beast mastery, marksmanship and survival. Perhaps the most popular talent tree is the beast mastery tree. Followed by a distant second by the marksmanship tree. While the survival talent tree has some good talents in it, it is mostly seen as a supportive tree, and not many people at all spec into it.
The beast mastery talent tree is the most popular by far, it’s purpose is to increase the abilities of your pet. Pets are good start with, but with the beast mastery talent tree, they can get considerably more armour and damage, along with special abilities that can make them extremely dangerous. Infact, a well spec’d beast mastery hunter can take on some group content solo, which is quite amazing on it’s own.
The marksmanship tree is very popular as well, as it increases the damage the hunter does directly. The purpose of this tree is to increase the damage a hunter does, and just make them more deadly, and it does it quite well. Most of the talents increase the damage done by the hunters weapons or special abilities, however there are some abilities that increase your stats directly like the combat experience talent, which increases both your agility and intellect. It also provided a couple of group buffs for your party when you’re grouped.
The most common combination of talent spec’s that people take are, beast mastery as primary, and marksmen as secondary. The other is marksmen as primary, and beast mastery as secondary. The reason for this is, either your pet is going out and doing most of the damage and your hunter is supplementing the damage, or your pet is holding agro long enough for you to mow down your target.
Hunters can wear chain armour after level 40, however as a hunter most of your damage is done at range, so you should be planning on keeping monsters and targets as far as away as possible. This is why the beast mastery tree is a most for most hunters, it makes sure that your pet can obtain and keep aggro while everyone else finishes off the target quickly. Combined with a great wow quest helper addon, you’ll find that leveling fast will never be an issue.

Feral Druids are one of the most feared classes on the battle grounds, but they are also great at PvE as well. The Feral Druid builds are based around the bear form, and the cat form, depending on how you want to do your damage. Both can be highly damaging in the game, they just go about doing their damage in different ways. Most druids will put 14 points into the resto tree, just to boost some basic talents, but after that, it becomes useless unless you are doing a resto druid build. Or you can check out our general druid talent builds post.
Depending on how you want to go about your feral build will dictate how you’ll spend your points into the feral tree. In the PvE Builds, druids will generally skip brutal impact, as the stun bonus isn’t that good when most of the monsters you’ll be killing are immune to it. However it is a great talent to have in PvP and battle grounds as it’ll knock out casters pretty well.
A couple of the other skills that skipped in general on both PvP and PvE builds are feral aggression and Demoralising road. Ferocious bite is skipped over mostly as well; however it can be used in PvP in the right places, but not much. After that, you’ll want to spend every other point into your feral talent tree as you can. The talents in the tree will make you a great combination of tank and dps, which is good in groups and raid, yes, even feral druids can tank in a few raids! All the points in the Feral tree either make skills cost less to cast, or boost your attacks or boost your armor, you can’t argue against that when you’re going to be the primary tank in a lot of groups.
At the end of the day, been a feral druid is great, and you’ll be on the front line most of the time, and in pvp you’ll even see people avoiding you as much as possible. That is pretty good for a class that is supposed to be an all a rounder isn’t it ?
You can find more talent builds here, and you can also find a great wow quest helper addon guide here as well.

Druids are an extremely versatile class in the world of warcraft. They can change their primary role quite easily. In normal mode, they are a jack-of-all-trades, they do a little bit of everything but excelling at nothing. They can shapeshift into several different creatures, each providing a new primary role for the druid.
The moonkin form is a favourite amongst the casters, as it will boost healing and spell damage. This is great for a resto druid, as their primary purpose is to heal. There are a couple of restro specs a driud can take, but they all revolve around the restoration talent tree, with a few talents spent in the other tree’s to the players individual liking.
The role of a restro druid is to be able to heal a player over time, and do it extremely well. This combined with a priest’s direct heals, can keep a tank alive for a long time.
Resto’s druids are mainly used in high-end raids where the damage output of the world bosses can be excessive at times. What the restro druid is really doing, is providing a solid run of hit points for the tanks while they fight, which allow’s the tank to survive high dps bursts from the bosses as they happen, and can also counter dot’s that many bosses provide amass against the raid parties.
As you can tell, they are primarily a support class when in restro mode, but this can have it’s advantages are you are out of the main line of fire, which means you can generally get away with lesser armor and weapons that the tanks and others who are up close need to survive. If you are looking for some great talent builds for your druid, and some other great guides in general, check out our wow quest helper addon page for more. Or you can check out our restro druid talent build, or the genreal druid talent builds page.

Shadow priests in the world of Warcraft are loved and hated at the same time. They can’t heal that well at all, but they can blast out the damage quite fast. They can be very deadly when you spec your talent points well. In the end, what you have a character that can heal or damage massively… if you get your talents correct. The one thing with priests is that they can do one or the other, but not really do both at the same time. If you spec into the holy tree, the shadow skills will be poor at best, and if you spec into your shadow tree, the healing will be poor, but in saying that, it’ll still be better than other classes. This is a continue on article from the holy priest build post, and also the priest talent build articles.
Shadow Priest Build
Ok the first thing we should cover, is how we should spend the points, generally we suggest a 14/0/57 point spend (Discipline,Holy,Shadow).
We don’t spend many points in the Discipline tree, but they are well worth spending, as it’ll help alot. The Skills we want to spend out points are:-
Twin Disciplines, 5/5 – increases the damage and healing of your spells by 5%
Improved Inner fire, 3/3 – Increases your inner fire spells, and gives 12 more charges
Improved Power Word: Fortitude, 2/2 – increases the effect of your power word: Fortitude spell
Inner Focus, 1/1 – Instant Cast, next spell has no mana cost
Improved Power Word: Shield, 3/3 – increases the damage absorbed by your shield spell by 15%
That’s all the points we want to spend in the Discipline tree, they are a couple of minor talents that help boost your overall protection so you can dish out that damage fast!
Next we move onto the shadow tree, this is where we spend the lion’s share of our talent points, you’ll see by the time your level 80, and you’ll be a powerful force to be reckoned with. So lets get started with our shadow talent build

Improved Devouring Plague, 3/3 – Increases the periodic damage done by your Devouring Plague spells by 15%
ShadowForm, 1/1 – You assume shadow form, Shadow damage is increased by 15%, damage to you is reduced by 15%, you can’t cast holy spells in shadow form.
Shadow Power, 5/5 – Increases the Critical Strike Damage bonus of your mind blast, shadow word:death and mind flay by 100%
Improved Shadowform, 2/2 – Fade now has a 1005 changes to remove all movement slowing effects, and reduces channel time lose when hit
Misery, 3/3 – Several spells increase your chance to hit by 35 for 24 seconds, and increases spell power for several spells as well
Vampirit Touch, 1/1 – Causes 850 Shadow damage over 15 seconds, and causes upto 10 party or raid members to regenerate 0.25% of their maximum manage.
Pain and Suffering, 3/3 – Your mind flay spell will refresh the duration of your shadow word: pain spells, and redureces the amount of damage you take from shadow word:death by 30%

Priests are a very popular class choice in the world of Warcraft. They are the primary healing class in the game, and do it extremely well. There are two main talent builds for priests that are extremely popular, and make up most of the talent builds for priest population.
Before we go any further into the builds, we’ll cover a couple of the basics in the article below, so you’ll know what we are talking about, without having to scratch your head!
The first thing we want to cover is the 3 talent trees for priests.
The Three trees are:-
*Shadow
*Healing
* Discipline
The purpose of the shadow tree is to expand your shadow abilities, which are there to cause damage, the opposite of what you’d expect a priest to do!
The Healing tree is to boost all your healing based abilities, which obviously is to help you heal yourself and group/raid members.
The Discipline tree, is a little broad, but it covers most of your buff spells, and increasing various parts of your priests abilities and skills, like one of the skills in the discipline talent tree, allows a priest to regenerate mana while in combat.
When we are talking about talent tree setup’s below, you’ll see numbers like 45/0/34, What these are, are points spent in each talent tree for that build, the tree’s in order are Discipline/Holy/Shadow.
This is common pratice when talking about talent tree builds in the world of Warcraft. If you know what the talent tree’s are for that class, you can get an overview of how someone has boosted their character with talents.
Healing Priest Talent Builds
Well the first build for a priest we’ll talk about is the healing build. The primary purpose of this build is to increase the amount of healing you can do, and when you set it up correctly, you can increase it by large amounts very easily.
The first talent Build we’ll cover is the Full healing, the talent tree spend is 7/64/0
This build is fully gear for maximum healing power, The points in the Discipline tree are spent the following way:
Twin Disciplines (5/5), this increases heal and damage amounts by 5% for the priest
Silent Resolve (2/3) , This reduces threat for your character, meaning they’ll be less likey to take damage.
The Following is the Talent Point Spend in the Holy Tree
* healing Focus 2/2
* Improved Renew 3/3
*Holy Specialization 5/5
* Devin Fury 5/5
* Desperate Pray 1/1
* Inspiration 3/3
* Holy Reach 2/2
* Improved healing 3/3
* Healing Prayers 2/2
*Spirit of Redemption 1/1
* Spiritual Guidance 5/5
* Surge of Light 2/2
* Spiritual Healing 5/5
* Holy Concentration 3/3
* lightwell 1/1
* Serendipity 5/5
* Body and Soul 2/2
* Empowered healing 3/5
*Empowered Renew 1/1
* Circle of Healing 1/1
* Test of Faith 3/3
* Divine Providence 5/5
As you can see this is a very healing based talent build. As you level up you should first go for the Discipline tree, and spent your first 7 points in that, and then build the holy tree until your level 80.
We have already covered alot about the holy tree in this post, we’ll make a part2 in the coming days, and cover the shadow build for you as well. Until then you can check out out wow quest helper addon page, it is a great addon that even comes with complete talent builds for each class, even the priest. It’s the best talent guide out there, and you’d be crazy not to get it. This priest Talent guide is just the start, and several more will come soon.

There are 10 classes in the world of warcraft. Since the Burning Crusade Expansion was released, both factions have access to all the classes. Each class has it own’s set of abilities and spells it can use. What talents are, are little extra’s which either augment your skills and abilities, or give you extra ones.
What you really need to know about the talents in the world of warcraft, is that each class has 3 seperate talent tree’s each. Each Talent Tree is geared towards one of your skill sets for your class. As an example, A mage has three primary skill tree’s, Frost, Fire and Arcane. Each talent tree is dedicated to building up one of your primary skill tree’s.
The other importiant thing you need to know about Talents, is you only have a limited amount of them. When you level 80 you’ll have the maximum amount of 71 skill points. What this means, is that you can Specialize in one of your talent tree’s, and considerbility boost that primary skill tree, and put some of the left over talent points into a secondary talent tree.
This allows you to excel at one aspect of your characters skills and give a second one a little boost. You can if you wish put your talent points evenly across your talent tree’s, but the high powered talents are only accessable if you build up a talent tree to it’s maximum.
If you would like to see what the skill tree’s are for each class, you can find them on our site. How ever, if you want detailed talent guides, you should out our wow quest helper addon page.
